My file doesn't play in Windows Media Player, why?

On the rare occasion the MP3 may not function correctly in WMP. We are investigating this problem.
The majority of the MP3s you download from this service will function without any problems.

Can I download my favorite songs from Artists in the music industry?

We do not support piracy of any kind. Our service should only be used for videos/music that are not copyrighted.
